- Try contacting their support. A week after you get a response from some dumbass that didn't even address your question, you will understand where the frustration comes from.

I advise everyone I see, who registered their domain through network solutions, to transfer it somewhere else.

I would just transfer somewhere else, don't support their $35/yr charges!
