I was recently contacted by a company that was interested in a few domains I own that are all related.

Question is, what is the safe/secure way to go about selling domain names? I have done this in the past for people that I had a working relationship with, but not somebody that is random, that just happend to find my info via a whois search. I do not want some BS chargeback done after they have the domain name. FWIW, it is a legit company that has approached me and their background would make sense for them to acquire for a client the domain names in question.
