Record expires on 24-Sep-2001. Isn't is 18-Jan-2002? Why can't I register this domain name??
Can I take some kind of legal action for NameZero holding up my domain name. I've been waiting since July 2001 for this domain name patiently for it to be released so I can register it but my patience is running low. What the heck do I do to get my domain name. BTW, hopefully nobody wants to take this domain name so I'll list it. It's simply my name JimmyTran.Net and JimmyTran.Org . please help me. I am also watching another domain that will expire in about 4 months for my business. so any help here will help me in the future too. Thanks. This is frustrating. According to what I've read, domains go through 3 stages. expiring soon, expired, and release (after 6 days but it's been a couple of months now!!).

I've seen quite a few of them go a few months before getting released, the billing system at network solutions anyway is whacky. Over the last 10 days I've been trying to transfer my domain somewhere else, my record says I'm covered until 1/26/2002. Every time I tried to transfer I get rejected because they would say my bill was unpaid, 10 days of phone calls I finally got it figured out. They told me that in mid 2000 I tried to make a payment which didn't go through for some reason but they never told me or sent me another bill, then somehow my renewal date stayed in 1/2002, but when I tried to transfer they made me pay 70 dollars, 35 for the 2000 year that didn't go through, 35 for the 2001 year that they never billed me either, ugh.

Anyway aside from me ranting I wanted to get a free domain back from netzero a few years back, they made me pay then $15 directly to allow me to transfer it under my name, you would think after the domain expires you would be clear but I'm not sure how it works with them.
