Opera Mobile has the best implementation of tabs on Android.

Opera doesn't use tabs at all . . .
It uses windows similar to the stock browser.

Having said that, I've been using Opera Mobile for a while, and there's a lot to like about it. Just wish they'd implement some of the customizations that Dolphin HD had, I miss those.

on winmo opera was the only decent solution. i hated version 10 tho, couldnt preview pictures or sound files without downloading them. at least version 9 allowed opening from the link, so the cache was all i had to clear instead of a download folder full of ringtone and background previews. also, the way it showed images sucked. i hated having to long tap and load the image in high quality every time i wanted to actually see the picture i was looking at. im gonna give it another try tho, mebbe they changed that "feature". honestly, that was about the only downfall (besides needing flash for some websites i use) to the opera browser. it was good otherwise.
