I tried this a few months ago. And there is no underage charge but they have different rates for those that are under 25 (i didn't understand it)

It's usually $25 and $10/Day Charge

With the Student Advantage card it was $36/Day no additional $10 Day Charge.

That really annoyed me...It's kinda not nice getting your hopes up.

Enterprise is the best rates I have found for under 25
 
I second that too. Dollar rent a car sucks big time in that aspect. They have different rates for SA members. Depending on where you are, you might be able to rent from Enterprise without underage fee. I used to do that alot in upstate NY.

BTW, does anyone know if AT&T is still giving out free SA cards?

Yeah... totally unacceptable. Glad I am graduating and buying a car. Rental car companies have ripped me off for too many year!!!
