I tried googling for this but the results are a bit 😕

Anyone know of a decent little app or webpage to help you setup your monitor controls?

I'd thought the monitor was a bit blurred, and someone said it was really bad so i messed about with the control buttons and then fiddled with the focus settings, and it looks a lot sharper. but for the past 2 days since I did it, I'm feeling a little eyestrain headache - something i've never had since I switched to 100hz.
