Linkie, don't think it's a repost.

MARCH 12--A Utah woman who refused a Caesarean section that doctors believed would have saved the life of one of her unborn twins was charged with murder yesterday. Melissa Ann Rowland, 28, was named in the below criminal information filed in District Court by Salt Lake City prosecutors. Investigators contend that Rowland exhibited "depraved indifference to human life" when she rejected the Caesarean in mid-January because she did not want to be scarred by the surgery. Rowland, according to one nurse who spoke with police, said she would rather "lose one of the babies than be cut like that." Prosecutors contend that Rowland was repeatedly warned that her twins could die without the C-section. When she delivered the children on January 13, one baby was stillborn, while the other twin survived.

yeah she was on foxnews the other day; apparently she's already had 2 c-sections so it wasnt the op that made her refuse.... plus according to her they never told her she needed one until like an hr b4 she went into labour.

makes u wonder where u can draw the line on children's rights....

Supposely, she turned down C-section because it would ruin her life and make her ugly.

I would say the killing of a child by negligence is a good line to be drawn. :|

well i would like to get the full truthfull story.

I have read articles that stated that she was told she needed the c-section while in labor. she refused. but latter had the c-section anyway.
