D'oh! Got screwed out of a disc on Simpsons DVD

Bought 3 seasons of The Simpsons on DVD a while back. I just noticed in the fifth season set I got that the Third disc is the same as the Second disc. The cover of the discs are different (different covers and one says disc 2 while the other reads disc 3) but they both are Disc Two when they start up.

It had me confused for a while...I take out Disc two and put in Disc 3 and it's the same exact episode list/menu and all that. So there was some error when they put this one together. The previous seasons DVDs I got were fine and had no problems. Disc 4 in the set is actually Disc 4 also.

I figured I wasn't the only one who came across this problem. Thinking the error might have been mass-produced I googled around but couldn't find anything.

Anyone else had a similar (or exactly the same) problem? Hope I can get it straightened out and get the real season 5 disc 3 sent out to me by Fox or something.
 
I would call Fox Home Entertainment at 1-888-223-2FOX (Hours of Operation (PST): M-F 8AM-5PM) and explain the situation.

Well I think I might just get screwed on this one. I called Fox and they said they can't help me unless I bought it from their website and to return it to the store where I purchased it, but I bought all these DVDs four or five months ago and don't have the Target receipt. So I guess I could call Target but they'll probably tell me to call Fox 😛

Sucks that Fox won't replace it. I don't care if I have to send the Disc to them first.
 
Where did you buy it? I had this issue when I bought a season of ER, but I just returned it to Amazon and they replaced it for me with zero hassle. You really need to go back to where you purchased the item.

Target might be understanding of it. It is only a disc, afterall. Also, they might have your receipt on file if you bought with CC.
