Nice idea, but check the rules at the bottom:

One winner will be selected in a random drawing each quarter, from among all entries received that quarter, on the following dates:
Quarter Three: Nov. 15, 1999
Quarter Four: Jan. 14, 2000

I frown on contests and that's time requirement is a bit tricky to meet anyways.
