Dog toys/beds in washer/dryer?

Wash dog toys/beds in washer/dryer? Does hair clog up/make a difference?

I've never had an issue but I have short-hair dogs.

I have an Awesome Aussie with lots of hair and my whirlpools are still whirling. She is in fall mega shed right now. I wash everything a lot.

If you are concerned just take it outside and spray it off with a hose, then toss in the washer.

Or use a lint brush before throwing it the washer.
