Dog Saves Boy from Cougar Attack...

Would a fat person have put it's life at risk to save that boy? No. Conclusion: dogs are better than fat people. Everyone knows this.
 
Wow that is awesome, hopefully the dog makes it ok, poor dog looks pretty wounded from the pics.

Shows that animals do have emotions, to put their own life at risk to save a human friend.

a fat person may have tried to save the boy, they just wouldn't have gotten there fast enough.

Actually a fat person would have an advantage, it would give the kid a good chance to walk away. Don't want to run, could trip and fall and break his neck or something. Would take ages for that fat person to be eaten completely, keeping the predator busy.

The boy would have been able to outrun a fat person. Being a slower and juicier morsel, the cougar would have gone after the fattie. So, though the fat person didn't want to risk their life to save the boy, their fatness would cost them their life and allowed the boy to live.

If i saw a cougar attacking my dog, i would run back inside, grab a knife and proceed to terminate the cougar. (i don't have a gun)

no..i think fat guy will save the child, coz they are more meat for cougar, and they run slowly. In China have a joke, if you don't want to die coz a bear, don't die away just run faster than your partner...
