My dog loves to eat anything cloth...almost like an addiction. I may be crazy, but I heard it is a certain vitamin deficiency that makes them do this..anybody know which one? Anyone have any idea what i'm talking about?
Dish towels, underwear (ISLA - that was more information than we needed to know!), socks, caps, and pot holders can become lodged in their intestines and require surgery to get out. Very expensive. Ask your vet.
You should discourage your dog from eating cloth and such. I lost my Bull Terrier when he was only seven. He had the same habit and it caused enough damage/stoppage in his gastro-intestinal system that my Vet could not save him.
Boba_C is right. Eating thst stuff is dangerous for doggie. Get him checked by a vet, and if it is a vitamin deficiency, the vet will suggest what food will be best for him and may even give him some vitamins.
