Dog owners, is your dog sprayed or neutered?

my friend is telling me that it is a good thing. I am thinking the opposite, can anyone convince me that I am wrong?

reason(s)?

It's better for the dogs' health.

A few reasons to note:

-Dogs won't want to have sex with an opposite gendered dog once they see them.
-They'll be much less moody and gentle.
-The dogs will get along with each other better. Dogs are animals that like to stay together in packs and a lot of the time, some of the dogs like to prove they're superior to their siblings and will attack them to gain status of leader of the pack
-The dog will be much less prone to diseases

And much more reasons..

christ, stop posting already.

we have a shetland sheepdog and shes spayed. she was indeed terribly moody before we had it done; and we dont have to worry about her having puppies.

that and we agreed to have her spayed to bring the price down when we bought her...the breeder wanted another $100 for her if we didnt plan to spay her, meh to that.

Both my dog and me have been fixed. It's a good thing.
