Dog makes out big time

That's awesome. I'm going to put obstacles in my will that my benefactors must go through in order to secure my money. Like, my brother will have to navigate the Suez Canal in a rowboat while wearing a clown suit, or something like that.

But how do you give a dog money? Can you open up a bank account in a dog's name?

Duh dipshit, the dog doesn't need an account. He buries the money in the back yard and just digs it up as he needs it 😛

It'll be great when that thing dies in a month eating some chinese made dog food. Who gets the money then?

Talk about making those two kids feel like shit. Here frodo, you get 12 mil... Kids, you get nothing.

it's held in trust by a paid trustee. same as giving money to a vegetable.

that dog will probably be dead in rather short order, however.

Insurance Salesman: And in the event of your death, you'd like the insurance policy to be paid to your wife?
Peter Griffin: Yup.
Insurance Salesman: And your wife is this piece of pie? [there is a piece of blueberry pie in the chair next to Peter]
Peter Griffin: You got it. [to the piece of pie] Love you.

I don't get why the story makes a big deal out of two grandchildren not getting any money. They're not entitled to anything. If they did something to piss her off, then those are the breaks. They should have sucked up to her like the other ones did, if the money was important to them.

As far as the dog, the trustee is the one who actually gets the money. "I think fido needs to live in a bigger mansion with both an outdoor and indoor pool for exercise. Of course as his caretaker, i'll live there too."

if she dies with that will still in place you can bet there grandkids will challenge it in court and will probably win.
