If he's willing to do that to a dog, he'd do it to a human being if he thought there was a similar power imbalance in his favor. He's a sick fuck because he enjoys hurting things for no reason. There is no place in a civilized society for such people.

Guys, that is nothing compared to what I have seen working as an animal cruelty investigator, and later as a technician at an emergency vet hospital. Seriously, that dog wasn't even injured.

Fuck! I was going to tell you about some of it but it hurts too much to think about, much less write.

Anyway, the take home lesson I want you all to understand is that animal cruelty is only the tip of the iceburg for these people. Most, or maybe all serial killers have long histories of doing fucked up things to animals.
