Dog bit my wife's hand yesterday

She was at a client's house having her sign some papers and her little dog was barking nonstop at my wife. Client assured her the dog was harmless so my wife put her hand down to let it sniff her and the little fucker bit her. :|

It broke the skin and the bite area was swollen all afternoon but the swelling is pretty much gone today. She is going to get a tetanus shot this afternoon just to be safe.

can we change the name of small dogs. Big dogs should still be called dogs.


small dogs should be called something else like purses or demonbiters

I live in San Diego, CA. JLee has been to my house.

I've lived in California for 25 years now and my wife was born and raised here (she grew up in Torrance, CA and went to Torrance High School). :colbert:

Why would your wife think of petting a strangers dog. Especially one that is barking nonstop at her.

I guess lawsuit time.

I wasn't there so I really cannot answer your question. We have owned dogs and been around dogs for decades. She has never been bit by a dog before.

And we're not suing. This was established in the 4th post.
 
Have your wife charge the client for the medical bills.

Little dogs are the worst. They have a Napoleon complex and are very territorial.

Owners of such dogs don't know how to train/socialize the dog to be the Omega instead of the Alpha.
