Can the people that are posting that they don't like the Oakleys post something they do like? I'm not a fan of the wild Oakley designs, but I like the nice, simple Oakley Fives 2.0. Now that I'm getting eye surgery, I can finally buy any pair of sunglasses I want, so I'm looking too.

Thanks, hope everything goes well with the surgery

I own a pair of blue/silver Splices and love them, nice design without the pricetag of a pair of Romeos or Pennys. Don't listen to half these haters who can't afford to buy a pair so they decide to bash the design or mock you for spending so much for a pair of "sunglasses" 😕. Stick with Oakley, get the Splices, and be happy.

Uhh... I wear Ray-Bans that cost about the same as those hideous Oakleys.

 Your point..?
Ray-Bans have the most bland, unattractive frames and lenses in the world.. I'll keep my hideous Oakleys with a nice lifetime warranty, you can have your 1980's pornstar sunglasses.

That you said the Oakley haters here hated Oakleys because they couldn't afford them. That was my point.
I'll keep my more traditional looking sunglasses thank you. I look good in them, especially when dressed nice, like in a suit, while your Oakleys probably do great making you look like the punk you are with your baggy gangsta pants hanging halfway to your knees. 😉

Haha, so i left my Oakleys at my friends house overnight (i forgot them). I see him the next say and he says. "well, i got some bad news. Half your sunglasses are in my dogs stomach."

Well, 4 years was a pretty good run for them, but now i can't decide wich color Lens/frame combination to get. I'm set on the frame style, but not the colors.

Oakley Splice

Silver and blue or Rootbeer and Gold?

Sunglasses...$155...😕

Not all Oakleys look like that. The Oakley Fives 2.0 are nice, reasonable looking glasses. And you can find them for like $50-60

My sunglasses cost just about as much as Oakleys (I have a pair of Coach and a pair of Ray Bans) and they have the distinct advantage of not making me look like a tool.

just get some fossil sunglasses... but if you want to pay over 100 for a simple lens that protects your eyes from UV rays..then can you buy me a pair too while you're at it?

I said "half" of them were just haters who couldn't afford them, so you're in that 50% of people who can but choose not to, heres a :cookie: and a hoo-ray for freedom of choice. I too think I look good in my glasses wearing a suit or regular school clothes since I have to wear both on a daily basis, and the fact that you associate those sunglasses with someone who wears gangster baggy pants or whatever is just ignorance, I dress business or student casual everyday of my life and haven't seen anyone wearing similar Oakleys fit your vague description, I guess Portland has more wigger losers then where I live who give them a bad name.. I happen to like their style/lenses and so does the OP, you don't, /thread, /another flaming elite member with an inflated ego.

Personally I dont like the chunky styling of the Splices but if I had to pick Id pick the silver one.
