The card is in good working condition and even overclocks nicely. This is a normal occurrence. Playing back the file makes it sound MUCH louder than it really is. It's like holding a stethoscope next to the video card.

Every card I've had made that noise, and it only happens when rendering something at ridiculously high fps. Turn on vsync and the noise goes away. Anyway, the noise is barely audible and I'm not worried about it.

I have a very quiet system and have never heard anything like that.
