Does your PSU suck? (or blow?) - airflow question

I'm considering an enermax PSU. It looks like it has two fans - an inside fan to suck air within the case into the PSU, and an outside (back) fan to exhaust air from the PSU.

If most athlon heatsink/fans are designed to suck air into the CPU heatsink, would this be a bad thing? Wouldn't the CPU fan and the inside PSU fan (which are probably next to each other) both be trying to suck the same case air?

I know this isn't what you're asking, but I need to vent. Hey, look at that I'm still on the airflow subject (vent ha!)

let me tell you, my power supply SUCKS! It's really old Enermax at 300w. It's good enough for my Athlon 650, but when I tried to plug it into my friend's 1200 the computer wouldn't even turn on! I'm saving my pennies for a really nice 415w Enermax.

My enermax takes the hot air from inside the case & blows it out to the back.

leave the PS fans the way they are. Otherwise, you will be sucking in the cool air from the outside, heating that air up in the PS, and then dumping the hot air into your case. That's not good.
