My ISP does not appear to do any throttling, though when I first signed up I did have some issues where my entire connection would drop if I had any torrent traffic. Hasn't reoccurred though.

It would be interesting to see how many people who think they are throttled really are, or vice versa.

nope, unless i leave a torrent client open for like days on end.. they'll cut it to like 56k speeds...

hard reboot of the network equipment fixes this....

speeds are always right at 8/1 (hehe unless i run a little hack, then it's ~80/50 rofl, but we dont do this, for fear of "getting a knock on the door")
