I'd love to have a Secret/hidden room but not an actual Panic room. I'd use something that would be hidden behind a bookcase or something like that but just for show or for a secluded retreat room.
I was in a house once where one of the wooden panels in the living room that looked seamless popped out and there was like a whole suite behind it (bedroom, bathroom, office). it was pretty cool :)

but if I were ever building my dream house, I'd be more likely to include a nuclear shelter than anything else.

don't remove the chain? reel it back, you might be able to drag the boat down.

I don't think launching a 26,000# anchor is that effective. The windlass takes very long to retrieve it.
A trebuchet launching super alternator sized kerosene soaked beef would probably work better. (like the zombies with elephantiasis that rip off their scrotums and throw it at you!)

"Borrow" an anchor from the little boats you have on board. Do I have to think of everything?
