Does your company/employer discourage political activities by employees?

Is such pressure official (laid out in terms of employment contract or is it unofficial?

Or does your employer supports on side of the political spectrum and expect you to support that same side or keep your mouth shut if you don't?

Does your workplace prohibit conversations leaning on political issues or candidates?

I work for the Govt so the Hatch Act governs what I can and can't do.

As long as it doesn't take away from or interfere with work it isn't any of their business and they do not have the right to tell you squat.

I encourage all of my employees to vote, but I do not discuss politics with any of them.
