Mine has has a one week grace period after your rental where you don't get charged. If you keep your game/movie after that grace period is up, then you get charged the full price of the game/movie. If you return it within 30 days of the grace period you get a $1.50 restocking fee placed on your account.

the one ive gone to for years has called and left a message after a week of me not bringing movies back. the last time i rented, i went out of town on an emergency job for a week and found charges on my card for the movies i forgot to return. no message on my machine, 9 days late. havent been back since, wont give them any more money.

I love Netflix, but here is a small rant.

I wanted to get Wall-E so I put it as #1 on my list before it came out. I think that was mid to late November.

Well as of last week it still said long wait and I never did get it. I ended up cancelling last week. 3 months is just too long to wait for a movie.

The ability to exchange at a local store for the "I want to see X movie tonight" situations definitely tips the scales in favor of BlockBuster.

Viper GTS

Netflix Instant Watch has been growing and kept me occupied for quite a while and even let me see movies I haven't seen before, movies I would've NEVER rented if I went to the store.
