If so, does you use is with a CRT or LCD? I use it with LCDs and I find that is easy to read. Describe your emotions to it and how is affect your computing life.

Yes I do... for a CRT. The text is better looking when compared with my WIN2k machine with no cleartype (on the same monitor since I'm using a KVM switch).
 
OMG YES I DO USE IT! I'm on a CRT and an LCD! Just thinking about Clear-Type gets me so excited that I just headbutted my dog, and we both screamed!

I does on a LCD. I feel toast. Tea or Cafe..ROCK AND ROLLn TIME! AND SHOCK THE TOAST. Its a LONDON CALLING. ONCE AGAIN...

My emotions to it? I feel strangely aroused.

How is affect my computing life? I enabled ClearType and immediately became an MCSE. Bonus! :thumbsup:
 
Wells that's good stuff that somes of yous think is good and use it. I use it too and makes me really feel excellent. I think we all use cleartype and we all make happiness in golden life of way.
 
I don't use Clear Type on my CRT, and yet I feel a void in my life. Is Clear Type our Savior? Is knowing Clear Type the secret of life? I yearn deeply for the answers.
 
Nope. I don't use ClearType on CRTs or LCDs. It seems to do nothing more than blur the fonts, making them indistinct and difficult to focus on for extended periods. No thanks.

I use it on my LCD and I used it on my CRT when that was my main monitor. IT makes things clearer. It makes me feel somewhat distantand and depressed though. 🙁

exactly, i just enabled it on my CRT and it seems to make teh contrest between text and background less which is harder to read, and it all seems fuzzy
