Does XP OEM include the activation?

I have heard from some sources that Windows XP OEM does not require you to mess with the activation. I am very intersted in getting XP but I won't get it if I have to call up Microsoft and ask them if I can pretty please install it on my second computer at home without being charged more money.

AFAIK, the Corporate Edition (Professional minus WPA) is the only one without activation...besides hacked warez

The OEM definitely has WPA.
