I like on iOS how you can use your finger and write the calligraphy and it'll bring out your word for chinese (traditional and simplified). Does WP7 have this feature too? or are you stuck with a US keyboard only?

It comes with the US keyboard only.

Out of curiosity I searched the marketplace. There's a free app called "I'm Chinese" that lets you enter input with the English keyboard (I'm guessing phoenetically?) and it pops up with Chinese characters as suggested words. I typed in "ni hao" and it came up with the correct characters. You can send messages via SMS or email with it. I don't really know a damn thing about Chinese though. . . wish I could be more help.

AFAIK nothing like you describe exists, though.

Note on Apple iOS Chinese input support. Wish iOS has native Wubi (Chinese input) support. Pinyin typing sucks for native Chinese speakers who know how to use the Wubi typing system. iOS does have a 3rd party app where you can type in Wubi, then use Copy&Paste to get it into another app.
