Does Windows XP Home support Multimonitors?

WinXP Home DOES support multimonitors! Where is everyone hearing that it doesn't?

Every Microsoft OS since Win98 has supported it.

The only differences between XP Home and Pro is the amount of processors they support and one requires activation (Home) while one doesn't. (Pro)

Aside from that they are identical.

Um...XP Pro definitely requires activation - it's the XP Pro CORPORATE version that doesn't need to be activated.

<< Multiple monitors overview for WinXP Home. You can do up to ten. DualView is also supported.

Here is one use for it. 😀

OMG!! That last pic is crazy! :Q:Q😀

<--- is feeling really, really small now with just a single monitor 😱

Only one question: how many videocards would one need? If you take 5 videocards which support up to two monitors each, it will work, some videocards even support up to 4 or more monitors, but still...

Holy Mary, mother of Jesus WildDreamer, that is one very insane setup you have 😉

I have to show my GF cause she thinks I'm crazy with my three monitors. Wait till she gets a load of your Rig(s).

Speaking of Rigs, why don't you have a link to yours, I am definately interested in seeing how yours is set up.

Thanks for your input and cool pic.

Heh, unfortunately that's a pic of someone else's crezzy setup (found it over at xp-erience.org). Although I've got four spare monitors just sitting around, I don't really have any room for more than one on my smallish desk 🙁. That would be cool to have 5+ for a flight sim setup though..

Awesome... that would be like sitting in a 747 cockpit.. 🙂 I have a video card that supports 4 monitors, but it only has like 4MB of ram for each one.
