ICS (internet connection sharing) is indeed included with Windows 2000 Professional. For me however sometimes it stops working, so I use Sygate 4 instead. Which works very nicely. I recommend it and I'm sure many others here would too.

Don't bother with ICS unless you have to for some reason.
