Does What I'm looking for exist??

Is there an external cable tv tuner that can take a standard cable coax and output the signal through a composite cable? I'm guessing something along these lines exists...but I've never dealt with it.


And I'm just looking for something that would be external and portable, so an internal pci tuner isn't going to cut it.
