does using check packs out of order cause trouble?

i used checking account checks 1400-1450 first, then realized that the bank had sent me 1300-1500. so now i started using 1300-1350. will this cause any problems? will i get arrested or some crap like that?

I wouldn't expect any issues.

For example on my monthly statement, I think my bank puts an asterisk next to any check that I write out of order... But nothing else.
