I normally don't buy into such things, I was wondering if anyone out there actually tried this stuff.
Anna Nicole is actually hot again. :Q
Disturbing.

Ephedra does. Now that it's illegal and 'fat burners' such as trimspa no longer have it, the answer is no.
I don't think so. You're supposed to take Trimspa 1-2 minutes before eating... I doubt an appetite supressant would work that quickly. Anyway, it's supposed to absorb fat and 'neutralize' it in your stomach before the stuff gets into your intestines where it's absorbed into the body.Originally posted by: rh71
Those pills reduce your hunger... they actually make you feel full. Herbal Life is another one... but it had ephedra which is now a big no-no.

Ephedra should be a prescription drug imo. It was an effective tool for fat loss, but a few things killed it, namely lack of standardization and Darwin award winners. Dried up plant matter in gel-caps, which is the form it came in from many companies, will naturally vary in potency. On top of that you had people who hadn't lifted a finger in years, were overweight, and maybe smoked as well starting in on this 'miracle pill' (which, yes, does place a strain on the cardiovascular system). To make matters worse, many of those people were of the "if 1 is good, 30 is better" mentality, and some of those paid the ultimate price for their stupidity, ruining it for everyone. Status as a prescription medication would combat all of these things to the point of a safety margin in line with other prescription medications.
Hot, dumb and coming into twenty bizillion dollars. You'd hit it.Originally posted by: Spook
Hot? well that is questionable... But still stupid, and i don't think there is a question about that.

Unfortunately, no matter how well it helps burn away fat, it doesn't cure the dumb-as-a-box-of-rocks disease
>_<
