Be careful what you wish for, western medicine isn't the end all be all for acne either. There are more products surrounding acne then probably any other medical problem you can have. 50% of which will probably not do anything for any specific person, 30% of which will probably make the problem worse, and 20% of which might actually work.

If you want clear skin, start by educating yourself. Read sites like acne.org and others and get the information you need. Make sure you are doing everything you can with the tools already available to you before you go and get some additional medicine.

You know, drinking a whole bowl of ANYTHING in the amount of time that you prefer to get outta there will make you poo. It's true. Too many experiences. I don't care what soup they say it is that time, I always feel a need to excrete something minutes later. Perhaps it's all the crap that's put into it. You can consider it an effect of herbs, but minutes later ? Come on... It's just your extremely crowded stomach talking.

You know what though? In comparison to western medicine (pills), sometimes I'd rather go make poo and sweat it out (kinda like how throwing up works) than waiting a couple hours for a pill to make me feel better.

Also, maybe you're new in this country, but you should do your best to learn the English language so you don't look like an idiot in public. The ATOT community is a bit more understanding than most people.

ATOT more understanding? Have you missed the millions of spelling and grammar Nazi posts out there? I'd say ATOT is the least forgiving place and the first ones to point anything out.

Eating healthy, cutting back on sugary foods/soda and exercise will help in general.

And by eating healthy, I don't mean buying your groceries from GNC.

Read This:

It's pretty thick, but as far as health goes it's probably one of the enlightening books you will ever read. It's also in layman's terms, so you don't need any real medical knowledge to understand it.
