Does this Xeon board support SLI??

That board has 2 PCI-X slots, not PCI-E. PCI-X is an extension of PCI that allows for more bandwidth when using PCI-X SCSI Cards, Etc. Not the same thing as PCI-E.

You can always go Dual Opteron with SLI Setup, Tyan sells a board that supports them: TYAN S2895

Even if those are PCIe slots, you still cannot do it as the slots need 2 spaces in between them for the adapter.
