I found the InFocus 4805 projector here for only $699 no rebates shipped for $1.50. I am all about this projector, I just don't want to get ripped off from this place becuase it's a non-refurb projector for much cheaper then most places.

I don't suck at linking...I made a mistake to which we are all human and sh!t happens.

Now that I fixed the link along with 5 other people that did as well, can I get some honest advice on the matter at hand.

After seeing the site, I would never buy there. They spend too much time trying to show you how much you can make by selling the item again. Why dont they just sell it closer to retail themselves.

Their forums are a bit quiet too. Never heard of a store having a forum.....but they have one, and I would expect it to have something in it.

Yeah I felt the same way about that forum too, but again the price on the 4805 there is damn good!!!
 
If you're in no hurry to get the item then go for it (drop shippers are often incredibly slow). I'd use a good credit card just incase you need to dispute the charges.
 
I suppose you could pay with a credit card that has some sort of online fraud protection, just in case...? The website does worry me, though. They aren't on resellerratings.com, and a google search didn't turn up much of anything.

crap like that makes the site look illegitimate. add to that there's no contact phone number, just email addresses.

if the price is too good to be true, as well, that's too many red flags for me.

Yeah I did the same searches, just becuase they aren't on ResellerRatings doesn't mean anything though. The google search I did just turned up a bunch of products they have for sale.
