Is it bad that my first thoughts were Uganda, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, UAE, then the US/UK. Totally forgot about Ukraine during my 5 seconds of thinking. Sorry Ukraine. USA didn't occur to me either at the time. I guess I thought "Other countries starting with 'U.'"
