Dont buy a sunbeam psu, get antec/seasonic/fortron etc. A 6600 may be overkill, depends on what exactly your using it for. Ditch the core 2 duo and mobo, and get a athlon 64 3500+ or x2 3800+ and find yourself a good s939 or am2 mobo. Use the money you save from getting rid of the core 2 duo to buy atleast a gig of ram.

A $30 psu? Hmm... not sure I trust that. What model is it? Even if you dont need alot of psu make sure its rock solid stable one. Dont get too cheap (quality) of a psu or you'll just have a big paper weight. Also, you didnt mention what model hard drive.

I highly recommend you do not get that PSU. Get an Enermax Liberty 450W or similiar PSU. If your not gaming then your video card will be fine, but maybe you might want to look at a 7600 instead.
