I am looking for 2GB DDR2-800 sticks with a heat spreader that can run at 4-4-4-12 timings at only 1.8V. Does this RAM exist? Links please.
 
quick short and sweet is NO - you might be able to find some sticks that can pull it off but there isn't anything that is sold as such. IMO you're just as good off with some CAS5. Not really much difference in CAS4 or 5 IMO

 
Gah, I was about to post the Transcend AxeRAM too 😛, before scrolling down. I've been meaning to get a set of them to try out. Haven't really seen a price on them that would cause me to jump though, and I'm swimming in RAM at the moment, so unless there's a really good deal on them...

What I've been wondering about those is whether they actually do 4-4-4-12, 1.8V at 400Mhz.

EDIT: I guess it's a moot point. I just checked NewEgg - they no longer carry the DDR2-800 AxeRAM 🙁.
