Does this mean the file is corrupt? Never seen this before..

So there's an avi that I was trying to copy to my external but it said my disk was out of space. Which was weird cuz I have 220gb left and the folder containing the avi was only 16gb. I tried to open the folder and everytime I do, windows explorer closes on me. I also tried to open it through WMP and wmp closes on me as well. What is going on?

Anything in Event Viewer? Check both the Application and System logs.

16gb avi? Are your drives formatted ntfs or fat32? Fat32 has a 4gb limit......
