this guy shipped something out this morning and he said that he will have the tracking number TOMORROW??
He shipped the package with mailboxes ect. The reason that he can't give me the tracking # is because they have it and they are closed.....

I smell something fishy, let me know what you guys think

Just tell him to drop the BS, tell him the extra day doesn't matter that much, you just don't like being lied to. If you don't have the tracking number by the next day ask for a refund.

I've never shipped with Mailboxes etc. but it sounds possible.

Why can't you wait until tomorrow morning? If he makes up another excuse (ala CyberWings CEO Shawn White) then ask him which MBE office he sent it from and call them directly.

Mailboxes ETC will still give you a tracking number..but then again ive only dealt with them with ups and fedex...do they even offer anything else? (maybe airborne express) However the tracking information wont be available the same day usually anyway. Is one day that big of a deal to ask for a refund which was probably a little white lie? If it is then you better hurry up and cancel. If he has a tracking numbef for you tommorow, it would probably tell you when the package was recieved for shipment. So its not like he can lie after u get it. Btw, why the hell is he shipping with mailboxes etc...they put too high of a surcharge. I learned my lesson long time ago when i didnt know any better.

Nope, MBE always puts the tracking number on the shipper's receipt. He's lying unless he just 'forgot' his receipt on the counter or something.

it could that he didn't want to pay the extra fee that they charge to get a tracking number....

i really hope he shipped and that he doesn't rip me off
