I mean, come on. Does he think he owns all rights to the word "spike" sheeesh!

<intentionally offensive rant>
Hey Spike, you two-bit maker of films not worth watching, deal with it (moron)!

Shouldn't he sue railroad companies first for using "railroad spikes"? or football players for "spiking" the ball in the endzone? What about frat boys who "spike" the punch?

I bet the guys at Viacom are loving all the free publicity this is/will generate for their new station though!

Lee, whose given name is Shelton Jackson Lee, included in court papers affidavits from people including former Sen. Bill Bradley, and actors Ossie Davis and Ed Norton. The affidavits said the signers had thought of Lee when they heard about Spike TV and some said they believed he had become affiliated with the network.

Ed Norton????

Whatever respect I may have had for these guys just went down the crapper. "A legend in his own mind."

And when I hear about ABC, I sometimes thing Austrailian Broadcasting Crop. So maybe ABC should sue Austraila.

I associate ABC with Hooked on Phonics. They should sue.

I also thought it had to do something with spike lee, so I wouldn't want to see it. So, maybe they should sue to get old Spikey to change his name.

Gee, that's wierd. When I hear an actor has a part in a Spike Lee "joint", I think they have affiliated themselves with mediocre directing and overhyped tripe. Funny how that works.
