The quickest way to get a cable is drive over to your local B&M PC store. Otherwise get one here.

Do floppy drives usually come with cables? I never got one with cables. Was I getting screwed? I'm being serious.

Unless it is retail boxed, it will typically come without a cable.
 
I have never bought a floppy that came with the cable but then again I have never bought a retail floppy drive before.
