GPU review:

"I bought this item because I have a computer with a warranty and it has only a 300 watt Power Supply so I am very limited as to video cards. how ever the on board video is rated faster than the card for speed. by 33%. I don't do video games but even though the it works it is not as fast it has trouble even watching YouTube streaming videos. I expected more. On the pro side if I didn't have 16 Gb of memory it would have help the 2 GB of Video Memory. I wish it would have worked for me."

Say what? I've never heard this before. Is this guy out of his gourd or is there some truth to what he's saying?

What he might have been trying to say is that getting a discrete GPU with its own 2GB of VRAM frees up main DRAM that would be used when running on integrated graphics, and that freed-up RAM would be valuable on a system with relatively little RAM to begin with. But when you have 16GB, the amount reserved for integrated graphics is insignificant.
