Does this car NOT have damage on it or what?

Based on the picture posted, the front left fender to me looks clearly as if something happened to it, yet when I asked the seller the details of this, he replies with "The car is not damaged at all where do you get that?".

EDIT: I guess I forgot to add this: Yeah, it looks like it, but I can also see it as a reflection from the clouds.

I agree it looks sort of like cloud reflection but the wierd part is that the front left headlight is discolored towards the turn signal plastic. I would expect reflection on the body but on the headlight too? Oddness...

Yeah, I would definitely go with the original rims he has offered and save at least a $1000..

But if the seller says there's no damage to the car I'd say it's just a reflection on there.

thats becasue the headlights are on.
