Like I mention in my post there, isn't this more off-topic than a Windows thing? I can understand why the OP put it in Windows, but still, I feel it should belong in off-topic.

I just saw something that I felt was out of place and thought that I'd ask about it. That's all. If you feel that I'm stepping on your toes, then I apologize. That was not my intention.

As far as it goes though, it seems that the OP of that post even agrees with my opinion. And I also agree with him on why he put it where he did.

So, considering circumstances I'm withdrawing my complaint.

But I want to know, when DO you mods move things around? After the first 4 posts or something?

Just curious.
