Does the xfx 6800 NU agp use DDR3 memory?

Does the xfx 6800 NU agp use DDR3 memory?

I am trying to decide between the 6600gt and the 6800 NU, was leaning toward the 6800 NU but i the dual dvi model I can find (xfx) seems not to use DDR3 memory.

any one have any insights on this?
