Does the XBOX HDTV pack really make xbox games look that much better?

I dunno, I haven't heard that much in the way of good when it comes to TV Tuners. I mean they're convenient and all, but as far as quality goes, I hear it's not the best. Whatever floats your boat man.

but does it look better with or without the hdtv when running thru the tv tuner?
