Does the X1900XT really need a 22A +12v rail?

Thanks for the reply, sisq0kidd.

I've been looking around at various Radeon 1900xt's and none of them seem to mention a PCIe connector being included in the box. I don't see any pictured in the box content shots on Newegg either. Not a big deal, as it seems Newegg and others sell these things separately. Its just odd.

I thought this was a good buy but i want some opinions.
The black one has the same specs and cost aobut $8 more. My case is silver with blue LEDs. Clear side window...so this will fit in perfectly with the look of my rig.

This PSU is 600W and gives 22A on both the 12V1 and 12V2 rails.
Efficiency is rated as >80%.
It has Active PFC as well.

Take a look and let me know what you think.

I would stay far away from the Rosewill PSU. AFAIK it's not made by a reputable manufacturer like some of the other less expensive PSUs. It is so worth spending the extra money on a decent PSU so that you don't have to worry about it in the future. Here is a link to a PSU compilation thread. It's not perfect but for the most part it accurately represents what PSU brand you want to look at. I would personally stick with the top 3 tiers listed there.

This PSU comes highly recommended by some very knowledgable people. It's a little more than the Rosewill but it is 10x better. There are plenty of other great inexpensive PSU's out there as well.
