does the Sprint deal really work?

They did for me... you have to know of a competing deal they can beat though. I told them I was thinking of switching to ATT (or something like that) and I had the numbers they wanted to hear.

Just remember to keep your cool and if at first you don't succeed -- there are other CSRs.

ive done it, my mom has done it, my sister has done it, my brother has done it.. a few friends i know have done it.. a few friends of my mom's has done it... all successful...yeah.. id say it works...

You can just all the cust service number and tell them you want to cancel... they will transfer you to the right department. What your offered depends on how long you've had the service and what plan you were on. I used to work for sprint pcs and every account has a "loyalty" thats based off what your monthly service charge was. the loyalty rating determines what your offered.
