Does the Second Amendment protect nuclear weapons?

The Second Amendment was designed by the framers to protect citizens from a tyrannical government. Since the government now has nukes, handguns and rifles are no match. Does this mean wealthy individuals have the right to purchase or built nukes?

Why not? Not really suitable for concealed carry though, and finding a holster for one is a bitch.

That being said, I'm sure some M1911 pistol fanbois will be in here soon saying that they're underpowered compared to the .45ACP.
