Does the PSX 2 boot CD work?

I have downloaded a boot cd for my PSX 2 using eDonkey, but I would like to make it run, if it´s possible: what can I do? Burn these files into a CD and that´s all?
Help me, please.

I ain't followed the PS2 in a month or 2 but I seriously dought the boot disc will work. I have seen many different boot discs out the and none of them work. Now if you booted it off a GS2 using knife method or if you have a Neo of some kind it might. But without doing any kind of mechanical trick or mod it won't work.
